AstroHub provides AI-powered astrological chart calculation, interpretation, and analysis tools, including natal chart generation, AI chat consultations, birth time rectification, and transit analysis. The Service uses Swiss Ephemeris for astronomical calculations and Google Gemini AI for generating interpretations and chat responses.
IMPORTANT: All astrological readings, interpretations, chart analyses, AI chat responses, and rectification results provided by AstroHub are for entertainment and informational purposes only. They do not constitute and should not be relied upon as professional medical, psychological, financial, legal, or any other form of professional advice. AstroHub makes no claims regarding the accuracy or predictive value of astrological information. You should always consult qualified professionals for decisions affecting your health, finances, legal matters, or other important life areas. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that you use astrological information at your own discretion and risk.
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You can register using your email and password or through third-party providers (Google, Facebook). You are responsible for: • Providing accurate and complete registration information • Maintaining the security of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the Service.
AstroHub offers the following subscription tiers:
Free Plan: Basic natal chart calculation and limited features at no cost.
Premium Plan: Enhanced features including extended AI chat, detailed interpretations, and chart storage.
Pro Plan: Full access to all features including advanced rectification, unlimited AI consultations, and priority support.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan you choose. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may be subject to change with prior notice. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the applicable subscription fees.
You may request a full refund of your subscription payment within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal date. Refund requests must be submitted through your account profile or by contacting us at info@astrohub.io. After the 7-day period, payments are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
You agree not to use the Service to: • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data or content from the Service • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any data, content, or AI-generated responses obtained from the Service • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws • Impersonate another person or entity • Upload malicious code, viruses, or other harmful content • Circumvent any access restrictions or security measures Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your account.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, AI-generated interpretations, and the underlying algorithms — are owned by AstroHub or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without prior written consent. Your birth data and personal information remain your property, but you grant AstroHub a license to process this data as necessary to provide the Service.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate astrological interpretations, chat responses, and rectification analyses. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or errors. AstroHub does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. You acknowledge that AI responses are algorithmically produced and should not be treated as authoritative astrological counsel.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ASTROHUB AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AstroHub, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Georgia, United States. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.
